I think I could understand what was happening if I ever watched an competition of Pony Jumpers on television because of the author's detailed and vivid explanations in this series. She has also created four very interesting and likeable main characters. As the series continues, these four friends are growing up and becoming young women. The descriptions of their personal lives intertwined with their pony lives is very well done. I enjoy the way the author writes realistic scenes about the girls’ family lives and their budding relationships with their boyfriends.I have enjoyed the first nine books in this series and I am interested in seeing where the journey goes from here…

As usual, Kate Lattey has another stellar entry in her Pony Jumper series! I'm a little biased toward this one, as AJ is my second fave character and Squib is my first fave pony character ;) But even ignoring that, this is a fantastic read - I love the mare Tori, and how Lattey continues to avoid the tame-the-wild-misunderstood-beast-with-love trope so common in horsey books.And, as usual, now I am DYING for the next one in the series!!

Another wonderful installment by Lattey! At this point in the series, the characters are like old friends. But it's still exciting to see them develop, particularly as they begin to acquire their first boyfriends, their relationships are tested by more challenging horses, and as the stakes of the competitions they become involved in are higher.

Love this whole series and keep hoping for more

Just finished this book last night (couldn't put it down). Great story about Tori, the difficult horse, and AJ's family is always fun to read about. I enjoyed the character growth that both AJ, Harry and Katy experienced. And the fact that just because your friend/boyfriend/horse is being a bit of a jerk, doesn't mean that you should give up on them. Both people and horses can learn and grow. That is not something you see very often in YA books, and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

I have really noticed a progression and character development with this series. Really draws you into Pony Jumpers world so that you never want to leave. Keep writing these books and similar as your horse expertise and writing skill is the perfect recipe for a great read!

Loved it! Can't wait for the next book.
