It would've been nice to know that this was previously published under the name Auctioned to Him. This was a waste of 4.28. There should be some kind of disclaimer in the book description about it being a republished book under a different name.

This is the same book as Auctioned to Him. Pretty crappy I just paid $3.99 for a duplicate.

Don't waste your money. And she double spaces after ever sentence so it's not really 380 pages. More like 180. She doesn't know how to develop her characters and builds no sexual tension. I hated Ellie. She was no more than a high price call girl. Be warned. Not worth your money.

This book was ok. It repeated a lot of the plot for some reason. Apparently they fell for each other twice in a span of a few days. And the only way they know how to smile is "coyly." I guess the author's high school teacher told her to use use the word "coyly" in a sentence and she ended up using the word to write a book!

I can't accept paying for a book where the entire book is double spaced. So a 300 page book is really only 150 pages. And I refuse to pay full price for half a book. The author should learn how to write a complete book and stop squeezing money out of us for each installment.

Had high hopes for this book. The blurb was awesome and definitely draws you...Unfortunately, contrary to reviews left...it does leave you with a mild cliffhanger...Which again I don't necessarily mind, but honestly it wasn't exciting or impactful and felt more like a pause then a true ending...It had some steamy scenes so if that is all you are looking for, it will meet your criteria...I did have issues with the character development...I truly didn't feel their actions reflected the personalities portrayed and left them both as being wishy washy. I am all about characters over coming their flaws, but I felt like there was too many subplots involved, and not enough information given about supporting characters...I will give book 2 a chance in hopes for more development...this was not a bad read...just felt lacking...I would definitely say this book was about 2.5 stars as a whole...It held a lot of potential for a great story line...but i found the execution lacking, and wish the author would have cut out some of the sub plots and focused more on the main story line and developing the characters more

This book was so boring and bad. Up to where she gets off the yacht not too bad if you skim. After that, even skimming made it unbearable and I finally gave up. Plus there were so many shameless plugs for Kindle and Amazon that I felt I should have been paid to read this rather than having to pay for the book. Really beneath what I expect from Amazon.

I thought the conversation between characters was a little contrived. There just wasn’t a natural flow. The scene with his female friend from college, after the opera, seemed inserted and not natural. She been a friend for what, 10 yrs? He just blows her off ( after, admittedly, his little friend below, has been ready for her all night) and she storms out like a petulant child? They weren’t long term friends. If they were she would have asked what was up. Anyway.... the characters were immature in a mature setting. Just not my cup of tea.
